Our facilities include the ninth floor recreation deck with complimentary access to our gym, sauna , and  barbecue area. Secure onsite parking is available for our guests at $15.00 a day in MacArthur Chambers Car Parking facility (entrance off Elizabeth Street between Edward and Creek Street). There is no Car parking space available on Edward street so please proceed to park in the MacArthur Central car park (246 Elizabeth street) where you will receive a paper ticket, use MacArthur Central shopping centre lift to come up on G floor and come straight out on Edward Street,  bring this ticket to Reception where it will be traded for car park access on check-in.

IMPORTANT –

Due to the impact of COVID 19, reception hours will be reduced to: Monday to Friday from 0730 am to 6pm, and we will be closed on weekends and public holidays. 

Guests arriving outside reception hours will need to contact the property to provide a mobile phone number for after-hours access instructions.

Please note that minimum stay requirements may apply to weekends and event dates in Brisbane City, photo ID and a valid Credit Card for pre-authorisation are required on check-in.
